Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) is at the forefront of building a just and abundant future for Latine communities across the Americas. With over 40 years of expertise, HIP is a trusted partner that mobilizes resources, builds networks and co-creates solutions with donors and grassroots organizations. Our work is deeply rooted in an intersectional lens that centers Latine communities as leaders shaping their own futures. While Latine communities are uniquely positioned to drive transformative change, decades of underinvestment have limited grassroots organizations from addressing systemic challenges. As a convener, capacity builder, and thought leader, HIP's transnational approach leverages strong relationships across civil society, government, & the private sector to ensure resources flow.
